Try This Pre Workout Drink To Fuel Your Body Well

Whole foods without heating them is your best source of nutrition. Start your days off with a drink like this. You can add different fruits an veggies to your liking.

If you’re feeling irritable or anxious, this colorful drink will lift your spirits and lower your stress levels. It features lemon balm (also known as Melissa or Balm), a member of the mint family that helps combat mild forms of anxiety and irritability. Lemon balm calms the nerves, supports emotional well-being, and promotes restful sleep. You may want to double or even quadruple this recipe so you’ll have it available for snacks during the day or evening before bedtime.

To change the flavor and to add variety and a different color, experiment. Instead of Lemon Balm tea, use Hibiscus Tea as the liquid base (helps lower cholesterol), Chamomile Tea (is calming and relaxing), or Peppermint Tea (calms an upset stomach). Vary the fruit each season. Bananas and kiwi combined in the smoothie with a liquid base of Jasmine Green Tea helps boost metabolism and is delicious, too. You could also add some leaves of romaine lettuce or baby leaf spinach to the recipe.

If the tea is already made, this smoothie takes fewer than five minutes to create.
